Special Town Meeting of Electors of the Town of Jacksonport

Whereas: We, the electorate, have been made aware that the Town Board of Jacksonport has not been given specific authority for the disposal of town real property, specifically the Koulias House in the Lakeside Park addition, as provided by SS 60.10 (2).
Therefore: We, the electorate, herein assembled, at a properly noticed Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Jacksonport, have voted in favor of granting to the Town Board of Jacksonport the authority to dispose of town real property, specifically the Koulias House in the Lakeside Park addition.
I, Elissa Taylor, Clerk of the Town of Jacksonport do hereby certify that this is a true and accurate copy of the above resolution as voted and passed by the electorate at the Special meeting of Electors following the Public Budget Hearing on November 15th, 2016.
