Attached are the landscape architect’s Concept Plan #3 and its associated 1.2 million dollar cost estimate; as well as a few pages of the tax-payer-funded-Knowles-Nelson development grant application which asks for funds to develop the first phase of the landscape architect’s Concept Plan #3.
Attached are the most current (8/30/2016) letter and rendering from the architect the town hired to review the former Koulias structure. Also attached is an initial (4/27/16) letter and floor plan, and (5/19/16) email, from the same architect also addressing the Koulias structure. The email specifically addresses how cost effectively restrooms could be added within the structure.
